Walk It Off

Some people don’t like the “wear and tear” of high stress workouts and that’s understandable. You may get some great health benefits but tearing down the body at the same time is not always conducive to bone and joint health.

So for those of you who like low impact aerobics or just long walks, your in luck!!! Walking is a great way to burn calories, maintain health and lose weight! You don’t even have to do long walks. Take a 15 minute walk one day and 45 minutes another. Whenever you can find time just stretch those legs and move.

If you are consistent and don’t eat junk you will find that you can lose weight (up to 10 pounds a month!)

So get out and take a walk.
