Wash Those Windows!!

If your is life hurried, if your stressed or if your depressed, believe it or not one of the easiest ways to bring you back to a quick center is cleaning your windows.

Mental health experts agree that just taking a few minutes to clean both sides of all your house windows, “removes the accumulated dirt between you and the world improving your mood.”

Plus you have to admit sitting near a bright window creates a happier atmosphere than sitting in a dark corner somewhere.

So the next time life seems a little down or stress is knocking on your door get up and clean your windows and see how much better you feel!
