After writing a blog for almost two years, one of the hardest parts for me is finding a good title!! Something that I haven’t already used, is eye catching and doesn’t take me forever to think of.
It’s amazing how many times I’ve tried to use the same title more than once and caught myself or not caught myself using a title again and have hit the publish button and had to go back and change it later. It’s silly to think about but it’s annoying. You have a post all thought out and ready to go but no good catchy title to draw people in. It’s a bit of a bummer and at times down right depressing.
On a scale of 1-10 (gotta love pain scales) this doesn’t even register at a 1 but I so want this all to click!! I also want this blog to snap, crackle and pop (no not like the cereal) but you know be full of quick wit, slap stick humor and hilariousness. Let’s face facts. That’s just not me. I’m more of a slow Texas Drawl on a summer day; dry with a subtlety so delicate you’ll miss it if you aren’t looking.
One of these days though, it’ll all click (I think) and this will all be second nature. I’ll be looking back over my shoulder and wondering why I ever worried about it.
