Wishes

Over 100 years ago Walt Disney started a company that became the most magical place on earth. To this day, children and adults alike flock to the theme parks to enjoy every inch of imagination and wonder and what more may come.

My daughters and I watched the movie Wish the other night. As the movie unfolded, all I could think of was Walt Disney. That this movie was a tribute to him and his dream (wish) to see animation come true. There might have been a “mighty king” blocking his way and somehow he got past. Do we know? I have know idea?

When the movie was over, the best part was the credits. The dreams that became movies. Every movie of Walt Disney was there in a wish. So touching and so beautiful.

You will need to watch the movie to see what I mean, but I hope it moves you as much as it moved me.

We all have wishes and dreams, but the only way to make them happen is to move beyond the people that hold us back. We all deserve to shine and be stars. Whether that means being an opera singer, actor, sports castor, athlete, etc.
