Fall is not my favorite season but it is still a beautiful time of year. The trees in Central Oregon turn the most glorious colors of orange, yellow and red and walking through Drake Park takes on an almost magical feel.
I had my first Pumpkin Spiced Latte today to celebrate this new month and as usual it did not disappoint. Full of that familiar warmth with just a hint of cinnamon. Actually, with all the unfamiliar territory that our world has experienced these last few months it was nice to have something not change.
It’s those little things that we can still look for and hold on to that can make all the difference. So even though as we head into a school year that, for right now, is online and we hope to see that change. If there is one thing that we can always count on is that life is always changing. Thank God for that.
Let’s all hope as this fall season gets into full swing that we see more positive changes head our way!
