I have never been a big football fan but my brother graciously gave my husband and I two tickets to attend an Oregon State University game yesterday.
I have forgotten how much fun football games can be. I always enjoyed the high school games we attended and college games are so much more.
We arrived about 3 hours ahead of the game because I knew I game day traffic would be insane and thankfully my husband did not disagree. We were able to see some pregame music, have food and just enjoy the atmosphere. It was such a joy to walk around the campus and soak up the fun!
Once we entered the stadium it was even more hype. Watching the teams get ready to play, students and fans flooding into their seats. I don’t even think I can accurately describe all the chaos and fun.
I would describe the game itself but I’m not a sports announcer and let’s just say OSU annihilated San Diego State. It was a great game for our first outing and from now on we WILL be attending more OSU games. All ready have our tickets for next month.
