Our twin tornados have promoted from 8th grade to high school. They are now officially “young ladies” and in the next blink of an eye they will be going to college.
Until then, we will move through the next 4 years of high school with the most sluggish schedule that we can. Each of our girls has already picked several clubs and activities that meet their respective ideas and hopefully over the next few years we can help mold them into the adults the will eventually become.
I’m nervous, excited and hopeful for them both. Each child is born with so much promise and I know as we move through these few years we will see them starting from I become the beautiful women they will eventually be.
