11 days ago, Charlie Kirk was assassinated. This nation has seen many assassinations and attempts during its time, but this one is so very different. It wasn’t political but spiritual. It was an attack at the very core at what our nation stands for. God is not to be silenced and they are trying to silence anyone who speaks his truth.
I didn’t know much about Charlie and his family before his death but I can assure that I will carry on his message. He bravely stood before the masses and talked with open kindness about the truth. He didn’t argue and fight. He just discussed what he knew to be true. Jesus Christ was his Lord and Savior and he wanted others to share in that knowledge. If you didn’t agree that was your choice.
Listening to his memorial service today it is true that not only is there an army of us willing to stand and deliver the message that Charlie is no longer here to deliver but there is a storm coming. What it is….we don’t know but it will come and we need to be ready. So dig into the word and arm yourselves for whatever comes and remember that those who try to silence us with their bullets will never win.
