Today is my is 10 year anniversary working at BMC/Summit Health. I started off my morning with a happy anniversary email from my manager and another one from the company. It was a surprise even though I knew my anniversary was coming up.
I wish I could sum up what these last 10 years have been like. I’ve witnessed us going from a local clinic to a national chain of clinics. We moved to new electronic health systems and all the moans and groans that came with that. I also learned that once you are at this wonderful place you meet the most wonderful employees. People that stay and last in your life for forever.
I’ve also been lucky that if you want to look for another position here that you find interesting you can find it. I’ve had several opportunities to be in different areas in my career here and all have been another stepping stone to more.
So thank you Summit Health for all the opportunities I have had and will continue to have in my nursing career with you.
