What can I say about James Earl Jones that hasn’t been said already? Probably nothing, but I’m going to have my say anyway.

Every movie I watched or heard him in from The Sandlot to The Lion King was done to perfection. He was one of those actors that when he took on a role, he embraced it.

Even his turn as himself on The Big Bang Theory (with Carrie Fisher to boot!) was done so well and hilariously performed that when you rewatch it you can’t help but laugh every single time. He wasn’t an actor that just went in and did a little bit of work. It was his life and from what I saw he loved it.

We lost a beautiful soul for sure but a consummate actor as well.
